James Caine started the company in 2000 after working as a theatre technican and DJ since leaving school. James started DJ at just 14 for the local pubs, school and youth clubs, he swiftly became involved in theatre electrics and studied music technology and technical theatre at Stratford Upon Avon college. James's technical ability is an added benifit to the company as not only can he control a dance floor he can also over come any techninal issue that could arise on site.

The owner and team leader,James Caine has performed over 1000 events and has 15 years of experience as a professional DJ, entertainer, event planner, sound lighting and video engineer. All Insight crew members have performed for many events and have years of experience ranging from five to twenty years. Our team attends national hands on, interactive training seminars with the best personality DJs.
